We have every indication that the treatment changes we made has resolved the taste/odor issue. Please keep in mind that there may be some "older" water that, until it is flushed through the system, may have a taste/odor. We have already taken steps to prevent this situation from happening again and if you have any issues or see any mis-information on social media outlets, please call our Water Quality Staff at 740-548-7746.

Del-Co Updates

Del-Co will resume the practice of disconnecting water service for delinquent accounts in August.  We remian committed to helping our community and are offering qualified applicants a $50 credit toward their current balance and payment plans for delinquent balances above the $50. There is a limit of one application per month per account. Please submit a request for relief using the hardship relief application or by calling our Customer Service Department at 740-548-7746.
