Del-Co Water is aware of a taste and odor event affecting the water in parts of our service area. We apologize for any inconvenience and are actively working to resolve the issue. We continue performing bacterial and chlorine testing and all tests are normal indicating there is not a health and safety risk, but only a taste and odor issue. We have also been flushing the system and believe progress has been made to resolve the issue. We appreciate those customers that have reported the issue, as it allows us to better pinpoint the affected area. Again, we apologize and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this as soon as possible.

Del-Co Updates

Del-Co will resume the practice of disconnecting water service for delinquent accounts in August.  We remian committed to helping our community and are offering qualified applicants a $50 credit toward their current balance and payment plans for delinquent balances above the $50. There is a limit of one application per month per account. Please submit a request for relief using the hardship relief application or by calling our Customer Service Department at 740-548-7746.
